The WNS horizontal internal combustion three-pass full wet-back boiler is fitted with a fully corrugated furnace, which increases the heat transfer area and bolsters stability. It is constructed using the full flange butt welding technique reducing thermal stress of the furnace. The tubes are welded to the tube plates using the ‘expand first, then weld’ technique, which eliminates corrosion problems and prolongs the lifespan of the boiler. The smoke tubes come with helical internal ribs which improve the heat exchange coefficient of the boiler. The WNS series are highly thermal efficient with low fuel consumptions. They have a high degree of automation, stable outputs, and are easy to maintain. The installation is relatively simple and less time consuming.
