TEMPLATES FOR INKJET EQUIPMENT
Templates are the key to successful printing. It will house the part, prevent it from moving, and align it in the proper position for optimal printing. There is a wide variety of accessories for inkjet printing due to the versatility of the machines:
- On conveyor-equipped inkjet printers (Xjet, Xjet 800) drop-in stencils are used. This attachment is attached to the machine and lowers to align the parts on the conveyor. Once the parts are ready to print, the device is raised and only the parts go through the machine.
- In flatbed inkjet printers (X2, X5, Xtrans, Edijet) movable templates are used. Movable templates are the most common. The parts are loaded into the device and both travel to the machine for printing.
- Cylinders and cones are attached with a base cone and a chuck (Helix Digital Printer). Each cylinder is unique, so it is important to measure it accurately and find the right tools. The correct tools eliminate wobble and other potentially damaging effects of an unsecured part.
TEMPLATES FOR PAD PRINTING EQUIPMENT
Unique templates molded to your parts to facilitate seamless image transfer and fast upload/download. Parts often need to be printed in odd places. These hard-to-reach places still need to remain stationary and secure to withstand the pressure of a pad. That’s where templates come into play. Each part is unique and so are our solutions.
We also manufacture special stencils for our Conveyor Belt pad printers and Carousel models. In addition to fixing parts, our engineers develop methods to automatically release parts for easy loading and unloading.
