MAGICOAT® PRE-TREATMENT SYSTEM
The MagiCoat® Glass Pre-Treatment System is the all-new system for pre-treating glass and other materials. This system utilizes a flame treatment system along with a spraying system for spray-on primers. This system boasts 8 stations that rotate individually while going through the system. Each item is flame treated to eliminate debris and coatings put on items such as glass that inhibit adhesion. The system also offers variable mist settings to adjust for a wide variety of surfaces. Utilize the MagiCoat® Pre-Treatment system with the all-new MagiCoat® Solution for glassware items!

Our fine mist spraying system allows each item to be evenly primer post-flame treatment.
8 ROTATING STATIONS
The MagiCoat® Pre-Treatment System has 8 rotating stations that include a vacuum system to ensure the product does not move during pre-treatment.
3 FLAMING STATIONS
This machine boasts 3 flaming stations and 6 flaming heads to pre-treat items uniformly. Can be used on both tapered and straight items.
PRESSURIZED SYRINGE FILL SYSTEM
When applying MagiCoat® to an item, it is important that the spray is consistent and reduces waste. Eliminate air in the lines and provide a consistent flow of MagiCoat® solution to the fine-mist spray heads.

AUTOMATIC FLOW DETECTION
Carefully control and monitor MagiCoat® laydown to ensure a uniform application. Guarantee MagiCoat® is spraying at a pre-determined value. Automatic warning indicator if flow falls under a pre-determined value.
