The furnace of the LSS adopts the vertical water tube structure. The biomass is burned in the furnace. The flue gas produced is discharged to the atmosphere through the chimney. The water in the tube is heated by fire from the outside, forming convection currents on the inside, gradually increasing the temperature of the water, until it turns into steam. The steam is then transported to the cylinders through the main valve and connecting pipes. The cylinders have multiple steam outlets sending the steam to where it is needed through the connecting pipes. The LSS series are compact with small footprints, and easy to install and maintain.
