ICN-150 2-COLOR LARGE IMAGE PAD PRINTING MACHINE
The ICN-150 is a 2-color large image pad printer capable of handling 150mm ink cups that enable printed images up to 140mm (5.5 in) in diameter. This unique printing feature far surpasses the industry’s standard 130mm ink cup (115mm image diameter) capability. This 2-color large image pad printer’s pad/ink cup stroke allows for easy loading of large parts and fine-tuning for the highest quality images. The machine’s mechanics include a 2-position pneumatic part shuttle, which allows it to shift with ease from one color to the next.
The ICN-150 2-color large image pad printer is available as a 1- or 2-color printer, perfect for obtaining crisp, accurate graphics. The excellent pad compression capability provides ample room for large, hard printing pads of pad clusters. The heavy-duty base cabinet assembly, height adjust assembly and XYR tooling table make this the perfect 2-color large image pad printer for handling parts such as injection molded jousting, bezels, mugs, beach balls, and large promotional products. Print on items up to 6.4″ (162.56mm) tall with the ICN-150.
This industrial pad printer can be utilized with any of our solvent-based pad printing inks.

The ICN-150 pad printer machine is ideal for printing images up to 140mm (5.5 in) in diameter – significantly larger than the industry’s standard 115mm image capability.
ADJUSTABLE STROKE MODIFICATION KIT
The ICN-150 can be retrofitted with the Adjustable Stroke Modification Kit to accept smaller a plate and ink cup, allowing you to cut supply costs in half when printing smaller (up to 80 mm in diameter) images. A smaller 90 mm (3.5 in) ink cup will use less ink and cut plate costs in half (A 100 x 250 mm (3.9 x 9.8 in) plate costs about half the price of a 160mm x 360mm (6.3 x 14 in) plate.) The Mod Kit is easily installed onto the ICN-150 in under 3 minutes.
Additionally, without the use of the stroke modification kit, the ICN-150 can also accept ink cup sizes of 135 mm.
