Mainly for thin fabric, pure cotton, silk, wool, and hemp fiber fabric. The overall temperature is higher than OSP-2008, and the shrinkage is better. The machine is fitted with a high-precision measuring wheel to record the length of the fabric after setting. Once the fabric is fed into the system, the front section of the machine carries out a stage fabric steaming/damping operation. The middle section is fitted with a heating device to facilitate fabric drying. The end section employs a powerful vacuum cooling system to accelerate fabric setting.
The fully sealed and uniquely designed steam pan prevents steam from leaking and reduces consumption (more than 30% less than the same type of products). The steam volume, temperature and pre-shrinking, drying zone can be adjusted. It is electric heating that achieve energy-saving effects and meet the temperature requirements of different fabrics. A powerful suction cooling device is used to quickly cool down the fabrics to stable the size. Equipped with a mechanical meter counter to accurately measure and shape the length of fabric.
