These Continuous Fusing Machines are fitted with PTFE coated conveyor belts. The SP Series come with two sets of pressure rollers. Maximum pressure 15KG. They are mainly used for high-temperature fusing required in shirt manufacturing. The SP Series can be used to fuse soft and elastomeric fabrics but may lead to occasional shrinkage. They employ a pneumatic cylinder system making sure pressure is applied evenly throughout. The machines are equipped with automatic fault detection which facilitates easy repair. They employ a three-zone heating system and are fitted with an automatic conveyor belt tracking system. They also use a dual-scraper (upper and lower) design to ensure clean removal of the fused laminates from the conveyor belt. These machines are equipped with automatic temperature control and can activate an automatic cooling-shutdown function when not in use. The machine is equipped with movable rollers to make it easier to carry.
