The CobaltONE fiber laser etching machine is the latest evolution in laser plate-making and the most compact of all fiber lasers. It utilizes highly advanced fiber laser technology, enabling it to etch the smallest dot size and sharpest images. The system’s name reflects its unique ability to combine all aspects of laser plate-etching technology into ONE integrated machine. Its compact footprint allows it to fit in small spaces – an advantage versus similar machines on the market. With patented Inkcups Cobalt plate material, etch images in less than 5 minutes and use for up to 30,000 impressions.
Compatible plate material includes Cobalt Steelback, Cobalt Ultra, DuraLaze, Onyx and Onyx Steelback.
