DZS (G) is a fixed grate boiler. The grate in the combustion chamber comes in a fixed plate structure. Fuel is manually fed into the furnace. The boiler can be used with most solid fuels, as long as it can fit into the combustion chamber. The unit is prone to slagging and fouling. Ash and any waste product have to be manually removed at the end of combustion. The quality of the flame generated by this boiler varies and cannot maintain a constant high temperature. It is suitable for domestic and agricultural use. The boiler comes with many safety features including water level alarm, high-pressure alarm, low water cut-off and automatic water pump control, preventing water-related incidents from occurring.
