This Continuous Fusing Machine is fitted with a PTFE coated conveyor belt. It employs a pneumatic cylinder system (3 times stronger) making sure pressure is applied evenly throughout. Maximum pressure 5KG.  It comes with an extended feeding zone for convinent operation. This machine has an impressive 12-zone heating system fitted with original PID temperature controllers. It can activate an automatic cooling-shutdown function when not in use. This machine uses a dual-scraper (upper and lower) design to ensure clean removal of the fused laminates from the conveyor belt.  It also has an automatic shutdown function to prevent overheating. With casters fitted, it can be easily relocated to suit your changing production needs. The machine is equipped with movable rollers to make it easier to carry.
